Yes. Events Response Services maintains all required insurance, licensing, and regulatory compliance applicable to event medical coverage. Our teams operate in accordance with local and regional requirements, and we provide documentation upon request to ensure organizers meet their duty of care and permitting obligations.

Planning an event?

We do not provide ambulance transport directly. When needed, we coordinate with licensed ambulance providers and local EMS.

Most events should book 30–60 days in advance. Large or multi‑day events benefit from 60–90 days of planning.

However, we understand that event details evolve, and our team is equipped to support both planned and short‑notice coverage when needed.

ERSSD works within established emergency frameworks to ensure continuity of care and clear communication.  Our teams coordinate with local EMS, fire departments, and hospitals to support seamless escalation, transport, and handoff when required—ensuring your event response aligns with existing public safety infrastructure.
