Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Events Response Services (“we,” “our,” “us”) website and any engagement of our event medical, emergency response, and related professional services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

Events Response Services provides professional medical support for public and private events, including:

  • Event medical services
  • Emergency medical services for events
  • EMT and paramedic staffing
  • On‑site medical teams for sporting events and large‑scale gatherings
  • Risk assessments and medical readiness planning
  • Ambulance coordination and standby support

All services are subject to availability, event‑specific risk evaluation, staffing capacity, and the terms outlined in your written service proposal, confirmation, or executed contract.

  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate event details, including expected attendance, schedule, location, and known risks
  • Disclose any special medical considerations, site specific hazards, or unique operational requirements
  • Maintain safe and adequate working environments for medical personnel
  • Ensure emergency access routes, evacuation paths, and operational areas remain unobstructed
  • Comply with all local, state, federal, and venue regulations
  • Follow all reasonable instructions provided by our medical team during the event

Inaccurate or incomplete information may reduce service effectiveness and may require service adjustments at the client’s expense.

  1. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust staffing levels based on medical‑risk assessment
  • Decline event coverage if conditions pose unreasonable or unlawful risks
  • Modify or suspend services due to emergencies, extreme weather, public‑safety issues, or circumstances beyond our control

Any modifications will be communicated as promptly as possible.

Payment terms are outlined in your service proposal, invoice, or contract and may include:

  • Deposit requirements
  • Payment schedules and deadlines
  • Overtime rates
  • Add‑on services or equipment fees
  • Cancellation or rescheduling fees

Late payments may incur additional charges and may affect future scheduling or service availability.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While our licensed medical personnel follow professional standards, clients acknowledge:

  • No medical service can guarantee prevention of injuries, outcomes, or complications
  • We are not responsible for incidents outside our control, including but not limited to:
    • Traffic delays or impeded access
    • Venue restrictions, crowd behavior, or infrastructure failures
    • Unauthorized use or interference with medical spaces or equipment by non‑staff individuals
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the performance of our staff within the agreed service scope

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, we disclaim all indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  1. Client Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply based on:

  • Notice period
  • Staffing already scheduled
  • Resources allocated

Any refundable or non‑refundable amounts will be specified in the service agreement.
